1Acceptance & Applicability

By accessing the 99tt platform, registering, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms. These Terms are drawn up in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

These Terms must be read together with 99tt's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form a complete agreement.

2Changes to the Terms

99tt reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date stated. If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you are considered to have agreed to the updated Terms.

1Registration Eligibility

To open an account on 99tt, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must register using your own identity — creating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You may only hold one active account at any given time.

2Identity Verification

3Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A single individual may not operate more than one account. If it is found that the same person is using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed, bonuses will be cancelled, and balances will be subject to review.

It is your responsibility to keep your 99tt account login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password or username with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

1Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to make deposits on 99tt:

2Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 5 and 30 minutes.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all active wagering requirements have been met.

3Transaction Errors

If an incorrect transaction occurs due to a technical error, 99tt reserves the right to correct it. Any funds credited in error will be reclaimed. In such situations, you must contact the support team immediately.

1Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

2Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit.

The bonus balance cannot be combined with any other promotion before the wagering requirements have been met.

3General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
• 99tt may change, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be placed under review.

4VIP Program

The 99tt VIP program has four tiers. Cashback is offered each week based on betting activity:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher tier through regular activity. The terms of VIP benefits are subject to change.

1Fair Play Policy

99tt believes in fair play. All game and betting outcomes are determined through verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt to interfere with the outcome of a bet or game will result in account closure.

2Betting Limits

3Technical Issues

If a technical issue arises during a game or while a bet is in progress, 99tt will make the appropriate decision based on system logs. If a game is incomplete or a connection is lost, the bet for that round may be refunded or the result will be determined based on the last confirmed system state.

4Sports Betting Rules

In the sports betting section, conditions may differ for each sport's market. If a market is voided, bets will be refunded. In the event of a dispute during live betting, 99tt's decision will be considered final.

1Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99tt platform:

• Attempting to influence betting outcomes through artificial means or software.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage activities.
• Using multiple accounts to benefit from the same offer.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other cyber attack.
• Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of platform content.
